Social Housing Projects

Richmond Housing LED Emergency lighting upgrades and installation Phase 1
Contract Value: 35K
Working on behalf of Robert Heath Heating, we were contracted to rewire and upgrade emergency lighting in communal areas of the flats. We upgraded CCUs where required.
A2 Dominion LED Emergency lighting upgrades

On a labour only basis, we were contracted to replace and upgrade emergency lighting in communal areas of the flats and sheltered housing accommodation.

Again, working on behalf of Robert Heath Heating, we delivered 350 Domestic EICRs and 40 Communal EICRs, as above on an ‘All-Inclusive Basis’.
Orbit Housing EICRs
